Rental process and newbie discount is good.
Device works well.
My gripe is with the returning process:
My luggage with the charger cable and bag got left in transit, but luckily the device was with me. I got charged a penalty for "lost item" while returning, which is refundable once you actually return it at their Mont Kiara office.
Upon my luggage arrival and return at their office, I was charged 10% of that lost penalty. Not happy as it is 1) airline's fault here for the delay; and 2) device is returned as scheduled; it was the accessories that was delayed due to the luggage situation.
FYI my appeal to the management was rejected, and the customer service staffs did share this is a common complain.
That is why I'm here sharing to everyone else. Not a good idea to check in the device or the accessories lest this happens to you too. It's not about the amount (10% may be nothing), but it is the principle behind: making the customer pay for your business risk? Not cool.
