★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's face the facts here. Char Kuay Teow is a Chinese recipe. I make this at home and it tastes exactly like how the Chinese make it. And than this Sani comes along and makes something that's totally different. It would have been better if it's called "Sani Kuay Teow goreng". Anyway, it was terrible and no where close to a Char Kuay Teow taste.
