I bought 2 12 inches of WC via living depot bangi.
The carton box shows that the WC inside of the box is 12 inches.
Unfortunately,inside of the box are 10 inches of WC.
Both company, living depot bangi and SANIWARE dont want to take the responsible for it.
I have reported to consumer right department and let them to investigate because the final decision want me to pay another rm600 just to reinstall the WC. I already install the WC and paid RM600 to the plumber, now still need me to pay another RM600 to the SANIWARE contractor just to reinstall the replacement WC.
