★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried Santai YAMCH'A at 1 Utama Shopping centre. Must be a new branch.
Very good food. Love their cartoon bao. The salted egg fried chicken is excellent. Dont remember seeing this at their outlet on Genting Premium Outlets. Hope they will add to it on as well.

Pleasant atmosphere.Prompt and friendly service.
Fair pricing considering the location.
Be mindful though when you order the Fried Kue Tiaw with prawns.
Counted 3 pieces of them served together with the Kue Tiaw but it wud set you back RM26 per plate.
Shud hv bring my glasses to check on the price bfore ordering the Kue Tiaw?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Santai Yamch'a Dim Sum at 1Utama, Bandar Utama. The waiters are attentive and polite. Service is good.
However the food we ordered, when it came, looked very different from the menu. We ordered pulled noodles with lobster ball and fu chuk. The ingredients were little and very tiny in size. Only one tiny lobster ball cut into half. The fu chuk was measely. However, the pulled noodles was nice in texture and nicely done. Overall the two dishes were below par.
However the fried rice with sweet chicken was good. Chicken was well fried and tasty. Fried rice tasted good too
The buns were very cute, however the texture of the salted egg cream inside was too grainy and too sweet.
The coffee was alright

It is quite appalling that this restaurant claim something which is not!
The mee tarik is instant flat noodle! The dim sum are the exact same quality like the frozen ones from Giant supermarket!
Atrocious quality and overpriced for its mediocre food.
