Supa Oishii, comfy and happy. The food had great texture (udon especially) and the side dishes were perfect. It was also affordable and the place had a very friendly atmosphere. Definitely coming here again

A rather hidden eatery serving nice udon-based dishes with kushikatsu sides. I ordered the Hiyashi Goma Tsukemen and their Karaage and I was satisfied with both of them. My Japanese friend was also satisfied with the udon he had (forgot which one). Might want to revisit for dinner, since I imagine that it would have a more izakaya-like ambience in the evening.

More than 10 years ago was my first visit. I wasn't impressed. Now they have opened at another location a few doors away, i came to eat again. Sorry. Will not come again. Look at the pic of the prawn tempura. I brought someone with me. She said please don't come here again.

FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE!!! ?????????? Food: 0/10 Service: 6/10 The food tastes bland. Name is Sanuki Udon, but the udon is way below average. The udon broth is not even salty enough and not flavourful at all. The ramen is also bad; noodles are just meh and broth also not flavourful. The vegetables in the udon and ramen don't even match with it.

came for early lunch around 11++ and the place is still empty. come lunch hours and you'll have to wait for a table! ordered :- a) Wakame Udon Hot @ RM8.50 - al dente udon but the broth is COMPLETELY tasteless! b) Dan Dan Udon Hot @ RM9.50 - al dente udon and is sauce is good. a little tangy and addictive. c) Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen @ RM16 - al dente ramen. broth is flavorful and so is the ajitsuke tamago. The cha shu is nice too albeit a little thin for the price. d) Miso Tonkotsu Ramen @ RM16 - al dente ramen. broth is too overwhelming for my liking. u feel "jelak" after a few spoons! there is also a spoonful of corn added into the broth and a shake of sesame seed. First time I had Choy sum in my ramen. :o e) Karaage Chicken @ RM8 - nicely deep fried with crispy skin and juicy meat. Serving is miserly though! f) dipping chili - a tad spicy but tasteless food is just meh. new premise (1st floor) is clean, spacious and orderly. Service is ok. You will be given a room if you have more than 4pax instead of sitting at the main hall (tables fits 3) or you may choose to sit at the bar to dine. cutlery seriously needs replacement. Coffee shop's are in better condition to here! Imagine that! the selection of music at this eatery is simply erratic. Who plays ROCK music in a Japanese eatery?!

Very good udon in KL, in an upstairs shop, more seating than the previous shop. 5/5 udon, various sides like tempura, kushiage and fried and grill food. 5/5 Sapporo beer. Simple self ordering system on piece of paper. Friendly staff.

Food : 9/10 Ambience : 8/10 Price : cheap Good place to chill and hangout with very reasonable pricing meals. One bowl might not be enough for those with big appetite but with just RM7 per bowl, why not a second bowl? Fried skewers were perfectly fried. Inside is piping hot so be careful biting into it. Chicken karaage not the best I’ve eaten but very well seasoned and fried. Chicken is still very soft when you bite into it.

I just remember to take photo while we almost finish ?? Our last visit is 2 years back before MCO, the price slightly higher but acceptable. Just the 3 pieces fried chicken (Karaage) increase price from RM5.5 to RM8 abit much. But still I love the Dan Dan Udon & Curry Udon and the sesame salad so much ??
