Good and very reliable

Very experienced tailor and worth the price.

Website says open for business, but shop says sorry closed. Called their numbers all no answer. Please update your informations and not cause inconvenience to customers or potential customers.

Not only did the tailor gave the Saree much later than agreed date, she also wanted to change extra for something she claimed to have added without asking us first if we wanted it in the first place. To top all of this, we can only go collect it at their convenience during rush hour

Thia tailor do not even worth getting 1 star. Giving star just to write this review. First, got to know in a wedding expo held in Kota Kemuning Convention hall in April 22, booked a blouse worth RM600++ with her assistant because she wasn't sure if can alter it as per my size. So, went to her shop the next day, she told can't alter the blouse. Ok, fine, I decided to stitch a new one. The design I gave was way more simple than the readymade blouse they were selling in the expo. But, it cost me nearly RM1,000. Paid deposit and gave the blouse to stitch. After a week, due to some personal reasons, I couldn't proceed with the stitching with her. So, I've immediately informed her about my situation and she agreed to refund back but will hold RM50 as the cancellation fee, which clearly not stated in the invoice or receipt given to me. And there weren't any terms and conditions regarding the deposit whether it's refundable or not. Take note on this!! Ok, I agreed with the RM50 cancellation fee and asked for the refund of balance deposit which nearly 50% of the cost. I've arranged a despatch to collect back the material, and she mentioned that will do a bank transfer. But I paid in cash, still I were fine with it. 2 days passed, I've followed up for the refund, she mentioned, "will do it today", and kept repeating same thing day by day for almost a week, and last update I were impatient and mentioned to come and collect cash from her store. She told that her store don't keep cash and "will transfer today". 1 week passed and no signs of transfer, mentioned already informed her accounting team. She herself mentioned upon our visit, that they will be abit free during this period and I really wonder if there is a so-called account team ever exists, as per she mentioned will handle the customer one by one..which quite unbelievable..so many refunds to do..only God knows..after a week, I lost my patience, and I told her to be professional and don't make people beg for their money. That's it, she called on the same day and scholded non stop, calling me idiot, brainless, acting so cheap, don't ever teach her how to do her work and insulted as much she can and never even let me to talk and already transfer your money, go and take it..I really don't understand who is not sure about the word " professionalism" here. I were just asking for my refund. She could have done earlier when keep making false promise "will do it today" to avoid all this drama. Instead waited so long, and scholding a customer with cuss words..really..it was so fast of her to get 50% deposit from customer, which first time I'm experiencing in tailoring service, but so slow in returning the money yet can insult people. Please learn to be professional and humble no matter how high you grow in your business. That will bring you a much longer way.
