Worst behaviour dont know how to respect humanity. Very calculative to serve some add request (e.g, plate, cup or curry). Pls educate the workers on hospitality.

โ โ โ โ โ 2nd May 2022. Very poor service. Waited for half an hour to get our order. Very disappointed. Once the order arrived, we realised the waiter didn't take down our order correctly. They missed an order. Finally they gave us something else as alternative.
They should inform the customer if they can't handle. Not just allowing everyone to enter the restaurant and wait like crazy. Total disappointment

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered the Saravanas Indian Food many times online, and decided to pay a visit to their restaurant on Saturday night.
The restaurant is close to the famous Nasi Kandar at Kampung Bengali, and it has a big and clear signage. Visitors can park their vehicles along the roadside. It is easier to find a parking at night, this is a busy business area.
I ordered the Mutton Biryani set, it taste good. The mutton was tender and soft, just like what I found in India. The lassi also very good.
Overall dining experience during dinner time was pleasant, although I did noticed that many complaint about their bad service recently. Hope they can improve the service asap.
