β β β β β I asked a (not so friendly) salesgirl if Sasa had Duplair Ceramide Lotion. And she asked me back, "Duplair? What Duplair?". I told her Duplair is also a Japanese-made product like Hatomugi. So, she recommended Hatomugi Lotion instead (since they had promotions 2bottle@RM47). I asked her if Hatomugi had ceramides like Duplair (i was curious as i've never used Hatomugi). And she asked me back, "What ceramide?". Omg!!! Girl, please do have some knowledge on products that you are selling!!! ??ββ??

Living in this neighborhood for so many years, never like to enter this sasa. Those day we donβt have much choice and we had to do our shopping here.
They always give us a look like we cannot afford anything.
After 10 years of revisiting, canβt believe the staff is still all the same.
No basic manners, rude, always show one kind of look.
What is so great bout you guys?
