★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just passing by this store and the staff encouraged me to try some lipsticks so i chose the one placed at the most front row. Turns out, she said i tried a new product instead of tester. First of all, the lipstick sticker cap was already tore up, second, why put the new product beside the testers, at the front?? In the end I had to pay for it because one of the staffs (short Malay girl, brown hair) threatened me to call the guard if I didn’t pay. I even told her next time please do not mix the new product beside testers, but she ignored me while I was paying. I am very disappointed because I’ve never received such treatment from a Sasa staff. I hope they will do something about this. :( Not coming here again.
