★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have travelled all over Malaysia for satay and I have tested hundreds of stalls, restaurants and sidewalk satay joints. This satay joint is authentic. The right amount of fat inserted in the middle of the chicken satay gave tons of flavor. The beef satay is not all meat, but a combination of fat too. It gives flavor. The char is good and tasted 100x better than Samuri. Kuah kacang almost perfect, perhaps to cut down the sweetness to be more authentic.
