Ordered 3 packets - 30 + 25 + 25 = 80 satay, but actual given was 30 + 20 + 20 = 70 satay, short of 10 satay in total.
Have checked and confirmed receipt is being charged correctly, total paid for 80 satays.
Not honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 10 x beef & 10 x chicken satay. Business seems good tho it's still EMCO / MCO or what ever you call it. Waiting time is approx 1 hour.
Beef was ok. Chicken not very fresh and taste like charcoal and badly burnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst customer service experience i ever had. this place has no future at all. the takeaway service is taking forever. there are 6 people bakar bakar at the back 3 people jaga cashier and u still need to wait 1 hour for 15 cucuk satay. worst worst service. buat malu brand hj samuri je.

The was one of the branch of Sate Kajang Hj. Samuri that located at the rest station on the way from Sri Petaling area towards Puchong area through Kesas highway.
Need to be patient, there's always queue for the Satay. The Satay over there consider affordable price and tasty as well.
This restaurant in my Top listing when comes to Satay meal.

May I suggest they cut the timun like they cut in 5 ? hotel. does not cost much, get cutting acuan from shopee, your cucumber will be slice equally size and presented well on the plates. pls don't charge us extra on that. enjoy the Best satey in klang valley lah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Served uncooked chicken satay doesn’t matter you dine in or take away, both got uncooked meat & the raw meat taste! Yucks!! Not the first time I gt raw meat.. satay sauce was watery. Satay not as good as before MCO 1.0… trying to give them another chance today, requested to have cooked chicken satay but request was not answered! If you wish to try out raw chicken satay, go for it!

Needless to say, satay is probably another national food in Malaysia that we will never get bored of. This dish is said to be originated from Java and then spread to our country where it quickly became a favourite dish. I love how the marinated meat - be it chicken, beef, lamb, rabbit and even pork (non-halal) - was skewered and then grilled over the charcoal to give it the smoky and charred taste.
It is also said that the best satay comes from Kajang. Back in the early days, a lot of food hunters drove all the way into the former mining town in search for the best grilled skewered meat aka sate/satay. Haji Samuri is said to be the best import from Kajang when it comes to this dish.. and has since opened many outlets in Klang Valley to serve the hungry Malaysians.
During KESAS Highway early days, Haji Samuri has opened an outlet in RnR Awan Besar - I knew but never went there because the idea of eating at rest area never crossed my mind. But this time I reached this place around 7pm++ and my tummy was drumming - turned into the rest area and quickly ordered 10 sticks of chicken satay.
Not going to give any verdict nor to compare if this is THE BEST or not. Good enough to feed this hungry soul with the nicely marinated and grilled meat, especially when dipped into the flavourful peanut sauce.
