★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga~ I have so much say about it and my journey with Abi more than a year, such a talented n positive person . At such young age she have achieved with yoga n being an inspiration for many out there n to me definitely, her good tone of explaining each asanas and the benefits it’s shows her professionalism , she is a gifted with her yoga knowledge without expecting anything she is sharing all her knowledge n guiding us . I cut short my story ,my experiences and my journey with her yoga teaching . Yoga has changed me entirely from my body , mind & soul . When the first I join her class a year ago with a purpose n not for leisure . I have seen many good changes on my physical, from a slipped disc cured , body strength, endurance , stamina , mind control and even for fertility. Seriously all works with her training. kept practicing even during MCO till todate , without failing practicing with her online classes , when I’m not able to join her online class I will do my self . All her knowledge and her guidance is truly from her heart n her genuine n pure intention.Back then yoga with purpose n now yoga is my passion . Looking forward more classes with her once EMCo is lifted . Can’t wait to see her f2f ?❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How much I wanted to learn yoga since I was a kid, but I’ve never had a chance. Since I met our beloved Satyoga’s instructor Abby, she really make me understand yoga in more details. Despite, learning asana’s and flexibilities I personally learned alot of new knowledge about yoga and the scientifi side of it. I hope to learn and improvise further. ??❤️☺️ Thank you abby for the guidance and patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The instructor Abi is very gentle, encouraging and will make you feel at home. She is good with kids and old people too. Her sessions are refreshing and leaves me rejuvenated at the end of the day. Very talented coach as she has knowledge regarding ayurveda and infused it with yoga that benefits the yogis. She enlightens us with knowledge and her smile is very contagious. Young, friendly and super talented coach. Abi will bring the best out of you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE the friendly, welcoming nature of the classes here - can't recommend highly enough on HATHA Yoga. Especially Teacher Abby, she is ABSOLUTELY wonderful!
She is the best teachers I have ever come across. She invariably takes time to observe yogis, making the experience almost as good as being in the studio itself. Namaste ? ?♀️

Her teaching style is great and I love how she appeals to all levels of practice. Her contagious smile stays with me always. Love you Abby. She is also great with kids and a wonderful yoga instructor to suit all ages and levels. Highly recommend her!
