One of the staff shouted at me & my colleague when we are leaving the building after collected our food take away. He asked in a very rude manner “Why are you here, you cannot come in from outside the premises? You cannot see the paper on the gate?” We answered him “The guard allowed us to enter to collect our food”. He was still not happy and keep blaming us and asked who are we?
Excuse me, don’t be arrogant while you do not know who we are. Mind your behavior and manner, be polite and show respect to everyone.
I hope to have an explanation from the management and please look into the staff behavior, the management SOP & the most important - CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to KL for a conference and I had some dressy events to attend. My intention was to find something here. Went in to be measured and to select a very nice light fabric. Three days later I went back for a fitting. Four days after that a beautiful stylish suit was ready. It was a real treat and the custom-made suit was a hit at the events. This tailor shop is close to hotels. Thank you Jimmy for the cups of tea, for the suit and tie!
