★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked in Penang site Schlumberger which had give very good experince with the management of various country and once local become management it become bias and dont have balance multiracial in each department. Once come to retrencement activity can see a lot unfair activity and bias. Schlumberger was not concern and just done the deduction with input of local mgmt.Hr head in Penang was local so mgmt had their own decision to save guard their people by getting transfered here and there with the help of HR. In past Hr was not local so top mgmt not able to convince and have hard time ,once all become local mgmt then easy to move around
