★ ★ ★ ★ ★ projek perumahan baru..kalau dr mydin jasin tu x jauh dlm 15 minit..cuma bila nk dekat smpai tu jalan kiri kanan masih ladang kelapa sawit. so kalau malam tu agak gelap gelita gak la..
ok kita cerita sikit psl rumah plak. ada 3 type iaitu Hosta, Erica & Mimosa. semua 2 tingkat
Hosta (rumah mampu milik)
RM180k 3bed 2bath. tkt atas master room xde bilik ayor sendiri. saiz 16x60 (1153psf)paling kecil antara ketiga2 type.

Kalau yg Mimosa tu pun dah cun tu ooiii..memang sedang2 elok saiz dgn harga.hak milik kekal pulak tu..cuma kalau da siap tu awal2 mmg mcm sunyi la sikit sbb mcm terperosok.tp 4,5 tahun lg kalau dah membangun insyAllah ok dah.

If it's Mimosa, it's already cun ooiii..it's a good size with a price. The property rights will remain the same..only if it's ready in the beginning, it's a bit lonely, it's a bit ruined. But 4.5 years from now if it's built, God willing ok bye

Here yesterday .. not far from the city of jasin bestari. To merlimau is less than 15 minutes. Not sure what other facilities will be set up here
