★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed buying here. Very poor house quality after build. Too much defects and cracks. Terrible after sales services, 10 months after receiving house keys but defect that reported never been completed. Customer Care is not responsive and act irresponsible when owner issue complain. First time home buyer mistake, never buy from Scientex again!!!

I'm the house buyer . 1st the quality of house very low standard and cheap quality which is totally not same as the sample house unit shown. 2nd , the customer service also very bad and the call always not pick up or cut the line rudely. 3rd a lot of defects inside or outside the construction and the defects team from this developer was totally sucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously bad manners when communicate with customer. Unable to solve customer problem, i heard someone at beside telling how to reply my questions. The number provided but ask customer call on next week when admin is return to work, so that admin can answer my question.
I very disappointed with your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The housing development there is good but road connections to the area is not enough as there are several new housing developments there. Will he a congested traffic area within 2 years. .Need to have more road connections and wider roads.

Always keep customer in track with their purchase and issues, the only things that seem like need to be improve is tge finish product, there a lot of things need to be repair such as crack n so on, although it not all the product but it is good to make sure all the product delivered in the best condition. Even so scientex do offer to do any repair related to product within a timeframe but it is better to delived undefect product cause not only to increase cust statisfaction but also minimize cost
