★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where got people build new house with leaking balcony water all the way to the porch front. New house with no renovation being done no resident. Also leak water. Fix 3-4 times still have not rectify issue. This is unacceptable, common sense you build houses how can you give a leaking house?????? You think buy house like buying groceries???
