The front staff, cashier very reactivate and friendly. But dine in sometimes inconsistent, I had Chicken Crispy Chicken, in the sauce was no Mushrooms at all. Before was very nice. The quantity as well sometimes big, some less. I love SDS, I hope SDS can improve and maintain the service in therms on food quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and tastefully decorated new place. The food was nice and you have lots to choose from. Cappuccino is very good. The staff is fast, helpful and friendly. Parking outside is possible. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly and helpful. Place is very nicely renovated and look new and clean. Great selection of cakes and bread. The food quality is average but price is reasonable. A good alternative to hotel breakfast and the hotel is usually packed with guests

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A newly opened SDS Bakery and Cafe in Taman Urama Desaru. Same choices of bread and pastries as SDS maintain the quality across all its branches. Limited number of seats for dinning. I visited during Ramadan time so lunch time was not full. A bit pricey but worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star due to long wait for the take away food. The food were ready long time as i see it at the counter but due to the staff not paying attention, made me wait almost an hour. Please improve your customer service. Food taste was good.
