β β β β β Cozy nice place on hill top quiet tranquil and a delight for rest and quiet after walking around. Home comforts and space much better then any hotel.

β β β β β Friendly host who provided breakfast items, good internet. Need car to get there, inconvenient if you need to go shopping or eat out. Can only be accessed via a steep winding road, no safe place to walk for pedestrians as highway is also winding. Old appliances and dated furniture. Nice view of the sea beyond the trees. Bus stop at bottom of hill. Ants in the kitchen and on counter, kept crawling across my laptop monitor.

β β β β β Pleasantly located, well managed residential apartment block on the fringes of Batu Ferringhi. Nice views of sea. In the main s facing towards Thailand / Malakka straights. Owners can rent their property out for min 6 months a year. Pool, gym, squash facilities . Mixed nationalities live here. Quiet. Nicer option to rent than hotel rooms or suites too. Thumbs up.
