โ โ โ โ โ 2nd time coming here. Great service, calm environment. All the staff very friendly and treat me well. Today, having good discussion and suggestion from the profesional hair stylist. I'm feel so satisfied. I recommend to all muslim and hijabist to come here becoz they provide a room for us. Sure everyone will treated comfortly.

โ โ โ โ โ Did my Keratin Treatment here and was attended by Ms. Christin. She's very professional and friendly. Other staffs were also very friendly and well mannered. Welcoming and clean environment. Would definitely recommend friends and family members to drop a visit.

Secret Hair & Make Up Salon first of all Im not satisfying your staff what they did for me, I was telling your staff I just wan to cut my infront hair only, and he said I need to cut your hair short only can match
One more thing, my cap is not cover all my hair until under my hair, why is it my hair behind is short and long not balance, I mean bottom end there, once I go to another salon I only know, their staff telling me only I know
And also I also wearing my cap once I reach the another salon, why they can cut without washing my hair and giving me a best services
So you don't excuse, if you really want every customer giving you a five star and your service is bad so LEARN from mistake, which is what customer compliant, if can't accept then don't create website for Cust review!
Every customer have their rights to giving a review even though it is bad or good so accept it!
Some more tell you one thing when after cut you staff will come to use a mirror and show customer hair behind right, why you staff not confidence is it, why show my behind upper only bottom not showing me? Please change your staff attitude.
Is it not your shop problem, it is your staff problem, but your staff problem means it is what you must have to improve
