★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this endemic, the staff did a great job to ensure customer entering the shop to follow the SOP. The services are good, friendly, fast & efficient. They able to give a good brief & clear explaination regarding the cake i asked. They also recommended me some other menu during the exchange. But, too sad rn they are still not yet to open for dine in.

Need to call the staff first to checked why no drink has been send to our table, then we know the water melon juice was out of stock suddenly. No staff approach us to tell they have removed the drinks out of our order list and not even suggest which drinks are available. Staff was not so friendly. We order from website for new drink (one iced lemon tea) for our kids as they finished eating and needed water to drink but still no sign ordered drink send to our table. The staff looks happy, laughing like nothing ordered to be prepare in background. I feel feedup and paid the meal. They know i ordered but no action from them. Please improve your customer service as i paid the service charge and service tax
