★ ★ ★ ★ ★ used to be my favorite spot. but the staff didn't allow my family of three to dine-in because they limit seating to 2 per table. please use common sense. it should be ok for those from the same household to sit together. not coming here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience : Went there a few month ago during PKP,no dine-in was allowed but you can order for takeaways.3 staff sat down infront of the store just behind the menu stand.Chatting among each other and checking on cellphone instead of attending to "potential customers"checking on menus.
I could see that they rather have zero things to do while on their shift instead of trying to make sales.
Second experience : Went there again 2days ago for dinner,one male staff standing next to the cake fridge and another plump female staff sat near the door and literally facing where the customers walk-in.Even when we started walking inside the store,she didnt bother to stand up.Seriously,its not a very nice "view" to see and no one trying to make customers feel welcome.
We do not need to feel like a royalty but atleast make the effort to do your basic job properly.Not sitting and resting whenever you feel like it out in the open where customers could literally see you dying inside not wanting to work in the first place.
It is a very bad behaviour and these staff needs to start thinking about another career path and not doing it because you "terpaksa".
The nasi goreng ayam berempah,hm the chicken tasted good and crispy but the rice still raw inside because i tasted the hard texture.
I rarely have good experience in Secret Recipe in KB.The staffs in Tunjung,Aeon and Tesco Kubang Kerian,sometimes i wonder why they wanted to work in service line.
