β β β β β Nice food & environment is good. We are comfortable with the place. I rate the staffs including the SUPERVISOR 2/10. For me the sv are not tht friendly, he was okay but not serving enough for a customer service. He saw me raising my hands for an order but he delay and not put a smile on his face. He doesn't bring the order chit to take our order. The staffs are new probably so the way they handling the cutleries and serving need to be improved. The staffs mostly talking/playing with their phone so I have a hard time to call them for adding the order since they did not notice me. They forgot basic items like chilies which should be served with the Hor Fun and sugar for the tea. For me the SV does not set a good example so the staffs will do the same thing. Please improve, management should take action since complaints are a lot.

β β β β β dine in ,had to order through web ,, their website was messy & lots of food not available, i didnt come that late but maybe theyre undersupply ~ the ambiance are nice tho , the food can be improved

β β β β β I paid delivery order from sr apps but my cake wasn't coming. After hours trying to call the outlet, they asked me to book Lalamove to pick up the cake. Worst service!

β β β β β Often most of the menus was not available. Once i ordered mac n cheese prawn, i received overcooked macaroni, not even hot, and the dish is βberkuahβ. Its not suppose to be like that from my past experience with this menu. Less salt, ice lemon tea is too sweet. The only thing i can accept is the cake.
And then, the cake stockist delivery in middle of peak lunch hour on weekend. You dont have common sense ah? Serabut2 kat situ, orang tengah makan. I dont want to come here anymore.
