★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our last visit wasn't pleasant. There was a fly in the hollow of the tube of ice. The ice lemon tea was only a quarter way empty. Highlighted to the waitress. She took the glass away and never came back. No apologies and the glass of ice lemon tea disappeared from our table. Wow, is this how Secret Recipe teaches its staff to handle foreign material in food served to customers. The first was at their branch in Great Eastern Mall. A piece of plastic string was in the spaghetti bolognese. Staff apologised and the manager who was seated at the corner table about 2m away, ignored the whole incident. No action was taken. Lacking in training and QC. The sad part was both incidents was served to a child of 8.

Truely dissapointed with the food received.
The quantity, presentation & quality of the food is really unsatisfactory and not in par with the price.
