I ordered 3 MAIN COURSES and the secret recipe staff mistaken with 3 CAKES. Huge difference.
What's worst is they don't refund and they even asked me to buy the 3 cakes when i havent even opened them or eat them. Then we made a deal to file a report and deliver me the right one BUT I waited for AN HOUR for the correct food still hasn't delivered and THEY DID NOTHING. I ordered at 11:59am waited until now 2:14pm. The staff who is dealing is a malay woman. This staff even asked me to call the rider on my own thrice. This is my first experience with such bad service. Wasted my lunch hour dealing with this. The grab driver (muhammad syahhiran bin z) who dragged for 1h even message me to ask for tips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the food is a bit diferent from the menu. I mean, the presentation. I ordered golden grill.chicken or something like that, i forgot the name, the portion is generous and the food was gewdddddd. My friends also satisfied with the food. On peak hour, please expext some extra waiting time as i assume theh short on staff. What can i say more about SR. Theyre good!
