★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food taste is acceptable here therefore it depends on the menu and the cook in charge. The lamb shank is awesome, the portion is bigger than Klia outlet. The service is ok. Prices are standard. Their cakes and food are worth buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yr staff wearing a face mask is rather crude and rude sounding, we ordered a chocolate milkshake but it came almost tasteless with very minimal taste of chocolate, it came back with a better taste of chocolate but with a slight taste of watermelon, ooh fyi we also order a watermelon juice earlier (laughable)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many choices of cakes like other secret recipe. Staffs were not very motivated, some even walk around the premise with no mask on. Hope they can have masks on all the time it's still a pandemic era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first im sorry. for the improvements. it’s the most tasteless curry mee ever i ate at SR. RM19-ish, you could do better. really turn off after waiting for the foods for almost 40 minutes. and my friend’s took about an hour. if the food’s are good, waiting for 40-60 minutes is not a big deals. Manager for this outlet please do something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this Secret Recipe, most seats are at an open area. It gave a fresh feel for the customers to feel the fresh air at a covered with roof space. As usual, this place were famous with variety option of cakes and all of them comes with a taste you cannot resist. My favourite? Ofcourse I love Shinjuku Chocolate Bake. A lightly buttered soft cake drizzled with dark chocolate sauce and almond flakes, topped with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and a dollop of whipped cream. The best dessert ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were ok. Not rude as reported in some reviews. But service was very slow. It was not peak hours and we were the only customers there when we arrived. Drinks were served only after we finished our food, and after we asked what happened to our drink order. Even then, they did not deliver all that we ordered. Food quality was bad. Assam laksa was sweet and very runny. What you see in the photo was what was served to us. Doesn’t worth RM16. The prawn Mac and cheese was also runny. Like soup.
I think SR bosses now don’t really care about their brand or quality. Used to be decent. Sad.
Hope they improve but looking at the number of complaints against them.. I doubt that’s going to happen.
