โ โ โ โ โ Ordered via secret recipe app to avoid the long queue. I placed my order 2 days earlier as the cake is for my dadโs birthday. There are not many choices of cakes available yet I still order the one that shows โavailableโ. On the day I was supposed to pick up my cake, the staff called me and said the cake is not available and if I still want that cake it might be available the next day but he is not certain on the timing. It would be great if the app is updated and just show all cakes are not available. It was a hassle as I need to find other cake shops to celebrate my dadโs birthday. I opted for refund and it took some time for the staff to get back to me. Nevertheless, the refund payment was made on the same day which I really appreciate. I really hope they can improve their service and train the staffs to be more professional especially the ones who are answering the calls.
