β β β β β I ordered Salted Caramel Macadamia Cheese cake, why do I get different from what I ordered? If the cake is not available take it out from the menu, don't make it available for customer to choose, and we have to compromise with your service and Grab compensate with money refund. Bad service through Grab app and this is second time happening to me with this branch of Secret Recipe.

β β β β β Scam, i ordered aglio olio via grab, but i got very low quality food, plain, no mashroom. Like they just rebus the spagetti and put in the packaging. I call the restaurant, and the staff argue with me. Very bad service, this not a first time i experience bad service from this branch. Too bad i cannot rate this branch on grab.

β β β β β Waited for more than 30mins to get served. Apparently the waiter who took down our order missed out the meals. Was informed by another waitress whom reconfirmed the order. Fried rice with Satay(ordered for my niece) were extremely spicy and the Satay is hard to bite. Not recommended. Poor service.
