โ โ โ โ โ Beef meatball spaghetti well prepared here. If you are a fan of this menu you would agree that sometimes it turns out less than expected in some of the other outlets. But only 2 stars for the service. Typical service quality at all secret recipe outlets. The only thing that brings me back is for some selected menu. But service, the key owner must do something! Train your service staff pls.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there on 29 August 2017 evening for dinner, waiter and waitress were not paying attention to their customers. We need to prompt them to bring us the menu, not very good service. All staff were talking to each other behind the counter. We need to raise our voice to call for the bill. The chicken lasagne sucks. Wonder whats happening secret recipe used to be one of our favourite dine-in place. The biggest minus point is their waiting service.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered 3x through grabfood and was happy with all my purchases. The restaurant also called me to inform if the dish is gonna took quite some time to cook and i really appreciate that. The taste is amazing as usual. Keep up the good work. ???

โ โ โ โ โ Maybe because of the holiday, I donโt know but we came for dinner and wasnโt give any service. We watched people enter, wait to be attended to, and then leave because there wasnโt a single person working (4 total) who shows ANY interest in working. All the staff were either sitting and eating and ignoring customers or sitting on the floor behind the bar, or chatting with their friends. We even watched the Grabfood driver enter the shop and have to wait around. We then asked about an item we ordered to be checked on as it was taking a long time, then the waitress never came back to us to give us an update on it. While we were waiting for our food to be brought to us, 3 of the 4 staff left the kitchen with their own food, oblivious to any one else. The food was mediocre and not even that hot. Donโt waste your time here.

โ โ โ โ โ Hi, would like to make a complain on your leisure mall branch SR, not to mention the unfriendly service rendered, the hot chocolate is tasteless at all . I rather spend RM 8.80 for a glass of clear water!! Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.
