Indeed worker see customer like kayu meranti when they see u they just ignore you and when u ask for menu they ask you to wait,seeing them just chit chat with each other

Poor service. In the restaurant there is a flits.
The food not bad...1.49 pm Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love thier cakes. But apart from cake, other food and service are not so impressive. Especially this branch. We ordered chicken chop rice, the waitress said they are running out of chicken. It was a monday not even a weekend. Ok then we change order to satay fried rice and risoto soup. The waitress took the order but then came back to us 5 minutes later to tell us they are running out of eggs too. So we asked so what are you gonna do about that? Any substitute or what? She ran back to the kitchen to ask and came back to us telling us there will be no substitute, we just won't put eggs. Ok since we dont wanna waste time to find other restaurant, we accept that. The food came and it tatse bad. Totally not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat slow service, the waitress there is so rude. They came to us to take order then we asked her to wait as we just arrived and wanted to look through the menu first to decide. Later, we came to call the waitress to us and take order, her face was so bitter and said ‘haa tunggu’ then when i’m about to turn away, she replied ‘haa tadi orang nak ambil order taknak order’,what kind of attitude is that? the way she sound is super rude. I think the manager should take serious action,they don’t deserve to be a waitress if this is the way she treat customer. The customer there is not that much anyway,so apa yang busy sangat saya pun tak faham. POOR SERVICES. Btw waitress ni rambutnya mcm lelaki (but she’s a girl). Go and find her and told her to quit okay if tak pandai layan customer baik2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upset and sad ask for candle never give one candles for Rm75.00 and tax Rm4.25 the cake look like old cake andthe cake is break out not even look like new cake, already request for candle not give and never give knife also for cut cake very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Lousy service by the crew. Took forever to prepare my order. It's just a simple wordings on a cake. Came in for a take away and somehow people who paid after me (for a takeaway as well) got their orders first. Like I said, lousy service. Please improve.
