β β β β β My family and I just had lunch at Secret Recipe Putra Heights. The thing I would like to highlight here is the Asam Laksa that we order... the portion is extremely small!!! Four small mouthful then all noodle finish?! And it is 16.50?! When we approach the so called brand manager, his reply was noodle portion goes by weight,150g... I don't have a weighing machine that time, but as a regular customer, I do find that this small portion vs. the price I'm paying, it is RIDICULOUS!!!

β β β β β The rise of more cakery, bakery and hipsters cafe have made this outlet to be fallen out from our checklist.
Review, rebrand, fresher fecade, compliment with new competitive price is long overdue.

β β β β β I don't believe they sold a mouldy classic tiramisu! It was a last piece and the staff didn't bother checking before selling it. I'm horrified Secret recipe doesn't have a QC

β β β β β So large hypermarket but always at best 3 to 5 check out counters operating only. Very long waiting time. Off peak hours you will have like 15 people queue over 2 counters. Not recommended. Prices are NOT competitive either.

β β β β β They emphasize on having the payments made with touch less non contact methods, but their card reading machines never work. To make matters worse, they have no QR pay options either. Furthermore, their menu items are almost always "habis"... which they'll inform you only after you are tired of waiting!

β β β β β A conducive place to have a productive evening with very responsive waiter and waitress! I love the Ice lime Plum here; it's very saturated with its limey! The golden crispy is very well fried with not too greasy texture with its salad well soaked in vinegar to submerge it's greenish taste while the shrimp olio is just so so with not a very good spice combi. However, the prawns are exceptionally fresh and juicy! Just alittle pricy for a student's pocket.

β β β β β This is a popular outlet in Putra Heights. Many people come here to enjoy the delicious Secret Recipe foods and drinks. The service was acceptable. Tea time offers cake with a free coffee or tea between 15:00hours and 18:00hours. Overall suitable to come with family and friends or just alone.
