★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there many times,most of the times had a great service but this time a lack from the waitress, wrong food served, drinks served after we almost finish the food, and kid received food last from the adults. It was not so nice experience, however we love the food especially spaghetti golden egg with prawns. But i have to admit, the service really sucks, sorry to say, it's very bad, the staff doesn't looks like having training first before do the work..so to management of Secret Recipe Langkawi Fair, please improve your service, because your service here is so BAD!! Like very very BAD! sorry for being dramatic but it's the facts, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realy bad food. Salmon, what I ordered was very dry, soup without tofu, kimchi also not delicios. Pasta was with dry seafood - seems that they were prepared yesterday. In kids menu burgers on the picture were with cucumbers, in real dry chicken balls with dry bread. Milkshakes in real just ice with milk, sugar and oreo - without icecream. 2 stars only for lasagne. And we paid for that food 111 RM - realy poor quality of food for actually not cheap prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vegetable fried rice and satay (16.50rm) was really good; which had the right amount of flavor. Iced plum lime juice (6.15rm) was a bit too sweet, but others in the group did enjoy it. Crispy Chicken Salad (minus the chicken) substituted for additional vegetables (15.10rm) were good, but dressing could be a bit spicy overtime.
Service was, and WiFi worked for all intensive purposes. They do charge for plain tap water (1.15rm). Also, like most places in Langwaki ALL foreigners are charged an additional 10% service fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nostalgic cafe in one of the oldest mall in Langkawi. The waiter was attentive to our orders. Overall, I think the dining experience is not bad despite some bad review in the local sns portal. Well, from my various visits (from the past decade), I think they had ample training, with room for improvements. The food was standard (depends on the individual, but for me , it's good enough), coffee was good too.
