★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food ordered was Grilled chicken but I got fried chicken with a super salty black pepper sauce... also ordered Fish & chips with bones in it.... totally not worth it.... plus the service was really bad waited almost 2 hours to get my food prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menu was OK. Nothing to shout about. But the service during my visit was terrible. Waited for almost an hour for my food when there is only one table served (and they also finished eating). When asked why my food way really late, this one server said they got a lot of orders from that finished table. Guys, come on. Am i a blind guy to you?
When my pho arrives, its already half cold. I suspect you deliberately left it there for some time, yeah?
Change the attitude, smiles a lot and be attentive to your customers. Ill give a good rating if this is fixed.

No receipt given upon payment. I sat down with my family, nobody comes to order for drinks or even ask anything.
When I asked, where’s my receipt, the boy asked the lady, and she said she threw it away.
And know this, I’m sure none of the employees went to Google Maps to see these reviews, not even the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service from Ms Aqila,Ms Siti and especially Ms Hajah (sorry if wrong spelling).Ms Hajah listened to my problem with grab,took ownership and also called me back as she promised .The experience with makhota cheras secret recipe, was sweet long before cake is tasted ,due to great customer service by these staff.thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place, the price isn't so expensive but worth it after all, folks and spoon are wrapped with tissue, warm food, not noisey at all, delicious cakes and meals, such a cute place to eat! Also toilet is clean, is a huge yes! this place improved a lot and the services are patient to take our orders.
