They should at least be trained to say hello first. The first thing they say was not the greeting but a simple and unpolite "berapa orang?"(how many people?).
They really sound unwelcoming and you can feel it from their voice.
2. Dejavue (bad experience)
Ordered "Special Beef Combination".
Then I remembered that I ordered the same thing last time and that I was not happy with it.
Same thing this time.
Firstly the soup somehow taste similar. Not a vietnamese noodle but something similar.
But in Vietnamese noodle they dont put chunks of radish.
Also the noodles are completely different(seriously?).
Then the sauce is also completely different(seriously?x2).
Then what is this noodle? I am not sure.

β β β β β Food was bad. Very salty n weird tasting. Special beef noodle smell rancid. Asked the staff and he said thats how it usually smell because of cow intestine. I eat a lot of beef noodle from places, even cheaper places that serve cow intestine like Tangkak beef noodle in kl. No places serve food smell like that. It must be something wrong in the preparation or the flesh is not fresh. I could even eat after 1 sip of the noodle soup. I expect a food quality that deserving the high price. Too bad.

β β β β β The worst. One time the slice of cakes was half than their normally serve at the other outlets.
The waitress was rude. She was rude before, I didnt bat an eye, but she was doing it repetitively and its always the same person. I lose it today. The audacity to even lie. If there's even another establishment here, I won't even set foot inside this stupid outlet. Paying so much for such basic meals but the services is trash. Nope, gonna boycott this outlet at all cost.

β β β β β Dinning in here for the second time and their service is so applaudable. Their quality and presentation of the dishes and their friendly staff made the experience comfortable. Adding on to that, the small note written on the plate on their own initiative just brightens up my day.

β β β β β Staffs were quite attentive. I ordered the cakes and tarts and iced cafe latte. Everything is delicious and well served.
I read all the bad reviews about this place. I am not sure maybe the rude staff was fired? I am fortunate not having to face any rude staff as mentioned in the previous reviews. ?
