★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for fish and chips and pumpkin soup. As I was on a low carb diet, I asked them to replace the chips with something else. They said they would replace with fried mushrooms. When it came, it was just fish with lots of salads, with no explanation! I didn't complain but started eating it as I had a plane to catch. Service was just poor, poor, poor. Communication skills were poor & one guy did not understand the word "salad" so had to switch to "sayor". It looked like they were not well trained. I had to remind them to bring me my pumpkin soup and it came midway as I was eating my main meal, not before it! Come on Secret Recipe, do a quality check, otherwise your good name will go down the drain

So, conveniently, it has Secret Recipe too. ??
What can go wrong with a restaurant in the airport right? This joint is somehow a little flawed.
The tea pot has unwashed stain.
One of the plate was wet when served.
Another plate gas a chipped off edge.
And the last one, lots of flies. I think there was only one fly zapper. Why only one?
Anyways, we had chocolate indulgence and red velvet cheese cake. Both were good.
The red velvet, had cheese toppings on it and few layers of marmalade jam sandwiched in between of the cake. I don't remember seeing the jam there before this. The saddest part, it's just that a fly gnawed it's way through my red velvet. I had to discard a portion of the cake - couldn't afford to buy a new cake. Probably should have asked for a replacement ???
Drinks : we ordered hot lemon tea (less sugar), and green tea.
The lemon tea was very sweet in spite of reminding the cashier a couple of times to put less sugar.
Anywyas, it's a game of convenience. We, and I believe a lot of them buy cakes from here. Secret recipe makes fine cakes - no doubt about it.
Tweak a little bit here and there, it would be worth a 5 star .❤️????
