★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is very good, no doubt but.. The service is too slow. I think maybe because lack of staff. Secret Recipe management, please look into this. It wasnt the first time i went there. And situation is same everytime my colleague and i went there. You need to think of somethings especially during peak hours. I can see loads of disappointed face around me.

Staffs are sometimes ok and sometimes not. Foods prepared can be better as the franchise name Secret Recipe but i found it most of the time other outlets with the same name cook better than here.
Still can be improved, hope the management and staffs can be more attentive when customers entering and can attend to customers within few minutes after they sit down. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one staff here who's now famous for her cake decorations (but I only knew of this after I've bought the cake and left the store). Ordered a cake here last week for my parents' anniversary and asked the staff to write on the cake. The decoration was simply lovely. A few days after that, the staff went viral for her cake deco and I'm happy to know that SR has awarded her for her talent. :) Recommended to come here if you'd like to have lovely decorations on your cake, they can be customised upon request too, if I'm not mistaken. The staff's name is Nurul Aina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered through GrabFood a buttermilk chicken chop so I expected the buttermilk sauce to be provided as well but instead I was only given a small container that had mayonnaise. My lunch had never been so miserable before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for late lunch with my parents. Ordered at 420pm. Service was slow.My parent's food arrived at 500pm despite no customers other than us three while my dimsum had never arrived after my parents already finished their food i.e 1 hour after ordering so i asked just pack it for takeaway (as i have lost appetite). So I asked for my dimsum after i made my payment at the counter. Waited there for another 10 minutes after i made my payment and the staff said the food was being packed. Then 5 minutes later out came another staff saying will need another 10 minutes as there was a problem with the machine so the food was ready? Overall waited nearly 1hour 30minutes for my dimsum when there was no other customers for them to serve. Dissapointed with the service. NOT recommended if you wanna have a "quick" lunch.
