★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went here to dine in. quite full & nobody entertain us when we came in. so we thought its self service bcs nobody assist us. but there's long table (around 4 tables) combined. my friend & i was trying to sit at 1 table only. the staff there shouted at us from the kitchen/cake area saying that the tables is not for dine in. he shouted to us saying all table for dine is full, we need to wait for other customers to finish. we're okay if he talk nicely but he shouted at us until all dine in customers watching us like we're doing crime. we left the place & eat somewhere else. dont bother to come here. its a strategic place but with rude staff, its a big no for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant experience with the staff there, i am currently residing in Singapore and i wanted to place an order for their Blueberry Cheesecake. But the website only allows booking at least 4 days in advance, hence i called their outlet. Kulai outlet was closer to my house but they were extremely rude over the phone. But the staff here by the name of Nur Afiqah was such a gem of a person, so customer oriented and the willingness to help was amazing. She went out of her way to use her personal number to WhatsApp me the availability of the cake and helped me with the money transactions. Very down to earth and helpful.
So happy with the service given by this outlet.
