Staff always group sitting at a table, God knows what's their planning.
After that, no one manage the Hokkaido booth.. we wave, call until we fed up, the many staff still at the table, we cancel our intention to buy because they seem don't have a bit of interest to serve with sincerity.
2 Stars because they can actually say sorry for the late service and the food was quite nice.

An update 2 years later: They have not repaired their aircond! The whole premise still relying on one stand fan??♀️.
In 2019 I gave them 4 stars.
Standard food... service a tad bit poor... the airconditioner was faulty at the corner that we were seated so a stand fan was placed there. It was 9.50pm and the staff switched the fan off when we were still dining. The air became stuffy n I had to rush through my dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food was nice. ordered black pepper chicken, baked fish,mac and cheese. all was good apart from the fish and chips, which was quite salty. service was slow, probably because of the post-raya period at the time. overall, relatively good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nothing about food, more about service. We ordered Party for 3; 3 main course, 3 drinks, 3 cakes. We have no problem with the main course except the Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup, no bean sprout (but they describe the menu with bean sprouts). Drinks, out of 4 only 2 is available. Cakes, we had to choose multiple times since we keep on ordering things that is out of stock but they are not aware that the option is out.
Lastly, they only accept cash. Not sure if it's temporary, but still we're in 2022... Not 1992...
