★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and unprofessional ! Since they've 'upgraded' their payment system, everything has gone abysmally wrong. They've stopped auto-debit without notifying customers. Then they block your pass-card because they claim you haven't paid, without any prior late payment notice whatsoever. And when you call their customer care-line, nobody ever answers. Ever. If you press the buzzer on the parking gate for help, be prepared to be spoken to arrogantly/rudely, and wait for at least 15-30 mins before they open the gate. They'll also call you occasionally to check manually if you've paid your bills, and if you tell them yes/no, they won't even know if you're telling the truth/lie. All your payment history prior to the system upgrade would also have been wiped out from their database, and you won't know what would have happened to your credit card information on file, if it's secure or not.
Also, even though you've fully paid, your pass-card will still be blocked and since nobody ever answers the care-line, the only way to get your card unlocked is to either go to the parking lot office (which btw, you'll be lucky if you find someone there) OR you press the buzzer at the parking gate and get them to manually unblock your card, which may take 15-30 mins if you're lucky. Make sure there are no cars behind you !
Unfortunately, there's nobody you can complain to and i do fear for my safety and car especially with this public complaint, but somebody's gotta speak up.
If anyone thinks i'm being harsh, please go and check out reviews of Secure Parking in other buildings. This is NOT a one-time incident !
