★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping daily need is inconvenience here the place run down warehouse, parking outdoor is troublesome when rain even hot days. Access to the premise from main road must be cautious but wet food section is the most attended. Unpleasant scent and poor lighting make this place unfavourable point. Location wise is centred from residential area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Occupies an interesting niche position between a warehouse and a wholesaler that also sells retail. Its market strategy is to offer the lowest possible prices. It achieves this in in several ways. Firstly, you can buy items in bulk, for example, lentils, black gram and peanuts in 3 kg sacks or even vinegar in 2 kg and 3 kg jugs. I even saw Planta magazine in a catering-size bucket, must have been at least 15 litres in volume. And the best thing is, you can buy in small sizes and quantities at low prices. The other thing they do to keep prices low is the location, where the rent is low. The Malays would describe the location as “tempat djinn tertendang.” They also sell tinned and bottled drinks by the carton. If you are a restaurant owner, caterer or hosting a party, this would be the place to get commodity items at lowest possible prices. Don’t expect caviar or premium brands here. Its even lower in product positioning and branding than Giant at possibly much lower prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, my name is Kumari and I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the cleanliness and your staffs rude behaviour at one of your branch at Ara Damansara.
I'm really disappointed with the incident which took place today, 28th June 2021 around 2pm when I was there to purchase some groceries.
I was attended by one of your staff named, ILI BASIRAH BINTI MOHD RA at counter 103 and she was too rude to me when I asked her about the blood which has been split on the floor. She didn't even respond to my and gave the bad customer service.
Thn, I took a picture of the floor just to make a report and suddenly she were so angry on me and started to mumbled.
Segi fresh can't even keep the floor clean thn how they expect us to believe that they are doing their sanitize jobs during this pandemic?
I hope you guys can check the CCTV and also contact me for further details.
