★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly a little bit disappointed with the trolleys,a big gap between the foreigners staff n now...I came there a few days ago and found the trolley is not located at the entrance like usually...so sorry... it's different than before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The queue was long at all operational, check out counters.
After a long wait only to be told that the queue that I took does not accept card payment (seems the card payment system was not working). I therefore hv to start my queue at a different lane - how frustrating can that be.
I'd suggest a fast lane (below 10 items) and senior citizen lane be introduced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really OKU friendly. Only 1 OKU parking spot at the main entrance. Vehicles blocked the way to OKU toilet. They removed the spots for women drivers. No priority lane provided for OKU, senior citizens and pregnant women. Hope they can consider to provide better service and facilities.
