β β β β β Thank you for the kind service! I was having pain and this is the only clinic i found still opening at 6++pm. Dr was so kind that she willing to see me during her dinner time. Now my pain resolved :)

β β β β β I m disappointed when my lips got burned by the female doctor koh during the root canal treatment.i was given a gel to apply on ulcer. My lips was burning once the anaesthetic went of.i still wonder how the procedure took place while other areas are exposed. I understand accidents may happen, but in this case it can be avoided. The doctor never said sorry for what had happened ! My husband confronted her , then she said sorry while claiming she has the concern and that s why she gave the ulcer gel for free !
Is this how you advocate a patient ? You injured your patient and you gave free medicine ! Such a low mentality !
I also wonder why there isn't a consent form for such procedure. Medical error happens !!
Professionalism is minimal , too much gossips during procedure. You dont gossip when your patient is under local !! The doctor was not even sure what painkiller suits me as I'm a nursing mother. Her assistant was sharing his knowledge as he gained working with other doctor.
Despite all these I was charged for scaling , which was NEVER done on me ! Isn't this cheating ? I know what scaling is , the last I did was 2 years ago !
I'm totally disappointed and unsatisfied, I went to Klink pergigian to continue the follow up and scheduled for scaling
