★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MPS, you call yourselves professionals, your subcon came to Taman Indah Gemilang and cut down the branches in Jalan IG 2/1 without giving any prior notice. All the cars parked below of the road was full of saw dust. What if the branches fell on the car? Are youll going to compensate? Did you brief on safety regulations to your subcon? No worker was wearing PPE? Did you brief on procedures to be taken sebelum dan selepas buat kerja? Jangan berlagak macam professional when all you guys cannot perform. I dah maklum perkara ini kepada KPKT dan DOSH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to renew dog licence. Frankly that is an issue by itself. They don't allow u to pay online. You have to go there to pay. There is also noway to pay online and collect the tag only there. The process or apply or renew is made so complicated. I suspect to deter people applying. 2. The staffs are unclear on the rules 3. You have to come to the jabatan kesihatan take a payment slip, go down three flight of steps to the next building to pay and come back to show them the slip. (My wife was pregnant.. Do they care? Nahhhh..) only Then they will issue you the dog tags. Imagine dog tags at this age. Not microchips or any else. The payment can only be done via machine and you need a degree in rocket sciences to operate it. 4. The process of applying is so tedious. I say a Chinese family really struggling because they can't really understand the language. The staff saying kembiri.. Who uses that word?.. My IQ dropped two points just being here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ need to train the staff to get well about the rules. I went to apply dog license, my mongrel puppy just 3 months. Masih kecil tidak dapat dimandulkan. They said need doctor Surat to support. Then I rush back 30km to find doctor get the letter. Come back again, they rejected as the puppy belum lagi dimandulkan. The question is, if the staff knowing this, why ask me to get support letter from doctor and not asking me to wait til puppy dimandulkan baru come back.. tired...
