- kena letak barang yg pelbagai brand xboleh semua brand IKS saja sbb harga main peranan penting
- pricetag kena ade kat semua barang n kena tally kt setiap barang
- susunan barang kena teratur
- wajib buat PCO (Price Change Overall) monthly supaya harga tersusun dan tepat di setiap barang
- and the most important one is Lantik Manager or Supervisor yg berpengalaman (yang ada backgrounds retails) supaya Flow nye smooth and friendly user.
Tolong highlight setiap point yg sy ketengahkan ni supaya semboyan supermarket sentiasa maju di masa akan dtg, InsyaAllah.
Sy always supports kanda yusuf azmi, di sbb kn sy supports. Here sy nk mentions a few comments and improvements on the supermarket slogan
- It is necessary to place items of various brands, all SMI brands only, as the price plays an important role
- pricetag must be ade kat all items n must tally kt each item
- The arrangement of items must be in order
- It is mandatory to make PCO (Overall Price Change) monthly so that the price is organized and accurate on each item
- and the most important one is Appoint an experienced Manager or Supervisor (who has retails backgrounds) so that Flow is smooth and user friendly.
Please highlight each point that I highlighted so that the supermarket slogan will always be developed in the future, InsyaAllah.

Kat mana mana kedai .. cashier peramah tau siap senyum bagai..
Dah beli cakap terimakasih pun tidak, buat buat tak tau je..
Kedai lain elok je.. lepas beli belah. Cashier cakap terimakasih banyak dan cakap lagi datang lagi ye..
Macam mana customer nak datang n nak beli lagi kalau di layan macam ni.. kalau ada mslh pribadi jangan di bawa ke tempat kerja ye.. tak best customer tengok..
Tolong baiki ye.. first time datang nak beli n support .. tapiiiii...
Padahal beli kat star grocer dulu walaupun first time, dorang senyum peramah n siap berbual kejap ngan customer tu buat customer happy n datang balik..
Before n after servis perlu ye.. walaupun terpaksa tapi tula tanggungjawab kita sebagai pekerja untuk jaga nama baik tempat kerja n berjaya kan tempat kerja kita tu.. sekian tqq

At any store .. the friendly cashier is ready to smile like ..
I bought it, say thank you or not, I don't know ..
Other shops are good after shopping. The cashier said thank you very much and said come again ..
How do customers want to come and buy again if they are treated like this .. if there is a personal message, don't bring it to work .. it's not the best customer look ..
Please fix it .. first time came to buy and support .. but ...
Even though I bought it from a star grocer first, even for the first time, put on a friendly smile and be ready to have a quick chat with the customer to make the customer happy and come back ..
Before n after service is necessary .. even if we have to, but it is our responsibility as employees to maintain the good name of the workplace and succeed in our workplace .. so much tqq
