โ โ โ โ โ Sempurna avenue is my frequent spa n has just renovated is more cosy n elegant n beautiful than last time even change new pr supervisor very friendly n knows his job well. Lot's of gorgeous male massuer n i did try some newbie well their massage just so so n if u want experience massuer tell the captain what is your request i try a malay guy name ayee well he is damn good in massage n do his job well if u want a good massage don't go for the newbie . I like they have the comments or complain at the main entrance as what the boss say some customer they just like to complain on SA website n give SA a bad Image n they should complain at the counter directly so the counter know what to do n deal with the case directly n found the complain is true the spa will give discount str away n compensate cos the boss say what is true they never know what happen inside the room btw customer n massuer. So is fair for customers to complain str away at the counter n don't be shy to complain if u r not happy cos we pay to get happiness. Worth the price only rm60 1 hr + free sauna bath. Keep up your good work sempurna??can say the most resonable price for m2m spa in Kl . News everywhere about authority raiding spa n the boss assured me no worry the police come for spot check for undocumented foreign staff n staff who takes drug n urine clear negative staff will be released n police won't disturb or questions customer they would ask the customer to leave n let the police finish their work cos we r licence spa. Feel relieved after hear the boss explanation.

โ โ โ โ โ The best man to man spa in kl great about their friendly service n nice clean spacious environment with individual privacy rooms quality local staff with different races. Love that they have rules and regulations print at the entrance any massuer not doing good massage n ask for xtra service can complaint to the counter to change another staff without additional charge. Keep up the good work sempurna avenue. Rm60 per hr full body massage n free sauna use facilities.

โ โ โ โ โ I am a regular customer here and have been served well by both staff and masseurs. Under the new management, i personally think thank SA has improved tremendously in terms of its services. They are very helpful and informative to ensure that my every need is fulfilled. I dont have any issues tipping the masseurs handsomely if they perform their tasks above my expectations. I believe the masseurs have been working hard as this is what they do for living. A little respect and reasonable tips will go a long way. As the saying goes..if you pay peanut you get monkeys.
I enjoy the personalise service by SA and always looking forward to come back. There are many rooms for improvement but i am sure the management is trying their best to improve their services from time to time. Well done.

โ โ โ โ โ The first time of my visit, I was handling by a good masseur. And I would like to give 7 stars for him. But I came to this place for the second times and the masseur was great when he did the back massage, and when he asked me to turn around, all he said was the offering to extra service which I didn't really need that. And unfortunately he couldn't give me the front massage after he did the massage for 45 mins only for back massage. He just said "I'm not good at the front and my talent is just for back massage". Why he or even the guy who offer me a masseur didn't tell me before I choose him? If he said that for the first time, I would like to change the masseur. Well, I am dissapointed with that guy services

โ โ โ โ โ I have a great massage here now Sempurna avenue spa only do appointments don't accept walk in they have great selection of local massuer well trained they have rules and regulations if massure not doing proper massage or bad altitude can call directly to the management n replace another massuer without additional charge within 20 mins don't be shy to complain only than the manager can take action..

โ โ โ โ โ Good massage provided by the masseur, but didnโt know I had to pay โextra tipsโ for โextra serviceโ which wasnโt even satisfying that can cost me another 1 hr of body massage. (after I haggled with him) The masseur didnโt inform so I thought that it was included in the package as I am a first timer at the massage centre. But overall you can say that I am quite satisfied with the service except for the extra demand. SA Management please remind all your masseurs on this.
