My car broke down so I've called them first as I needed more details on pricing for services and parts before engaging with workshops, due to bad experience with many other workshops previously(as many other people have gone thru as well). First female staff who handled call was okay. Next staff who called back (chinese guy, probably boss/foreman): we can't give pricing, we need to check on the spot first, price might add on depending on how many parts were defective. Up to this point, everything was still okay. But when I've asked for total charge inclusive of labour for a specific part assuming that no other parts were spoilt, he got angry and insisted that he need to check first. With a very rude tone, he said things like his workshop has been around for over 40 years, "don't mistake us for other slaughter workshops", "if you can't trust me then don't come", "we rather not accept ROTTEN CUSTOMERS LIKE YOURSELF". Even though I've explained that I just wanted to have some details of pricing and I'm okay for increasing price should there be more things that needs to be replaced, he still acted as if he is on the higher ground. "Come or not, it's up to you". Probably he did that on purpose to tick me off as he had sensed that I'm not a customer that he could rip off easily. So no, I will not beg you or go to your workshop because we should never condone such behaviour/bad customer service. Sempurna? 40 years with 10 google reviews? Trustworthy? Learn how to treat people like how you would like to be treated first.
