★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dead mall. Almost nothing is there. The only things that keep me going there is Tealive and the chicken chop at their food court hence, the two stars. Also, a strategic parking place since it is located at the center of Jalan TAR although the fees is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the pan mee and Wantan noodles at the corner shop in their food court. It's one of those places where I'm willing to go out of my way and make excuses to go just so I can get my fix. The owners are nice and the aunty always call me "dalingg" *blushes*. I love the aunty who owns the tart shop who is also the biggest sweetheart. I once got into a car accident and was having a dreadful day, so decided that food therapy was the best solution. The aunty gave me a free blueberry cheese tart and told me everything would be OK and that she was happy nothing happened to me. Melted my troubles away.. The mall sucks and is super dodgy.. But who cares?! The people are great!!! Gems really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is ok. Lots of parking spaces. Foodcourt at lower groundfloor to fill up your tummy. And many shopping outlets to shop around. Price reasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relative to the surrounding buildings, this one is still maintained reasonably well... However it still needs to do some interim upgrades to entice costumers and keep tenants in high spirit... Lighting too dim and definitely need a new coat of paint to liven things up...
