★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid the booking fee for a unit here with assurances from the Sime Darby agent that I would be refunded if I changed my mind within the deadline they set. So I rushed into it in order to qualify for HOC benefits, thinking I wouldn't lose anything if I backed out in time based on their assurances.
After seeing the layout of the condo, I decided it wasn't worth it and did not want to proceed with the purchase. All within the deadline, I might add. Yet three months later (!!!) I still haven't received a sen of my refund.
