Best Seafood restaurant in Malaysia

K	Kay Vealam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overrated place. Quality & taste of food is down compared to the earlier times I went there. It used to be one of my favorite seafood place. Maybe taken over by new management. Was charged RM25 for 1 medium sized fried crab. When weighed the guy said it's abt RM12. Additional RM13 for frying it is totally ridiculous. This will be my last visit there.Tempat kotor ya with lalat all over. Staff dia tak kemas meja immediately after customer left. Dia longgokan kat satu tempat, which makes the smell - whole environment unhygienic.

Various local fish available such as baramundi/siakap, grouper, squid, prawn, clamp, etc. Grilled fish mostly order, also baramundi cooked with malaysian style ( masak 3 rasa). Parking lots available. Many spaces , although during weekend you still difficult to find empty space. Recommended in weekdays, avoid long waiting

Food we had rate based on taste We had : Chilli Crabs - 3.5 star - Slightly spicy, I cant take it and the crabs in a smaller side despite chooding the biggest from the basket... so not to enjoyable for me.. Steamed Cockles -5 Star can taste its freshness soft and succulent. Stirfry Kailan - 3 star So-So nothing fancy and very mediocre Deep fried Squid / Sotong goreng tepung IS THE BEST!! 5 STAR!! MUST ORDER, Crunchy, the batter is just perfect! Apart from that we had 1 plate of rice , Hot tea and an iced tea. Total about rm60 only! While eating there is one kid crying and throwing tantrums. We are not talking much as the kid and his family were next to our table and we cant have decent conversation.. If not for that screaming child entertaining whole restaurant during our dinner, it will be more fun.
