去年9月我在槟城北海sunway carnival mall的senheng买了一台Cornell 的oven。在今年3月时下风就坏了，但正值MCO期间也就没有拿去claim warranty。直到5月尾我才拿去senheng分行维修，然后工作人员告诉我可以换一架新的oven给我只是暂时没有新货，到货了会通知。之后的6月与7月我都有打去咨询，工作人员都一直说没有进到新货给不了我。想请问下senheng是打算拖到我warranty到期了才进货吗？

Last September I bought a Cornell oven at Senheng in Sunway Carnival Mall in Butterworth, Penang. In March of this year, the downwind broke down, but during the MCO period, the claim warranty was not taken. I didn't take it to the senheng branch for repairs until the end of May, and the staff told me that I could get a new oven for me, but there was no new one for the time being, and I would notify it when it arrived. I called for consultation in June and July, and the staff kept saying that no new products could be delivered to me. Would you like to ask if Senheng intends to delay the purchase until my warranty expires?
